Easy soft and crunchy cookies with few chocochips and tutti frutti

Ingredients:

2 1/3 cups plain flour
1 cup margarine
2 tbsp milk
1/2 cup castor sugar/powdered sugar (blended sugar)
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cups chocolate chips and tutti frutti ( both optional)



  1. Take a large bowl, beat together margarine and castor sugar until creamy. Add milk and vanilla beat till fluffy. Combine the flour stir into the margarine and sugar mixture. Make 1 inched balls out from dough, flatten it slightly by leaving 2 cm distance between each cookie.`Place the tiny tutti frutti and chocolate chips over the cookie and press it very lightly to keep it fix and to give a cute presentation but this is optional :) 
  2.  Chill for at least one hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.
  4. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes in the preheated oven on 150 degrees C, or until lightly golden at the edges. Remove from cookie sheets to cool. Enjoy your cookies with tea or juice!
