1/2 cup sugar (white or brown)
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup milk

-Refined vegetable oil for frying :

Method

Peel and mash the bananas well with a folk.

Sift flour, sugar and baking powder

Add the mashed bananas into the flour mixture and some raisins

Mix well

Add milk and mix for 1 minute till combined. In the mean time, turn on heat from low to medium

Take a medium sized spoon of batter drop in hot oil

Use your spoon to separate each nuggets as they may stick during frying and turn each until deep golden brown

When removing each nuggets one by one, press them with your spoon as shown in picture - this is an easier method to get rid of oil excess
